Dr. Rak Lad

Hello my name is Dr. Rak Lad. I was born and raised outside of Toronto, Canada and moved to Texas in '96. I did my undergraduate work at University of Houston where I attained my B.S. in Kinesiology. I then went to Parker Chiropractic College and graduated in 2008 with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree, a B.S. in Human Anatomy, B.S. in Nutrition and Wellness. I am also certified in Applied Kinesiology, Rock Tape, Sole Supports and many Chiropractic adjusting techniques.

I have been playing hockey since the age of five and have been involved in the hockey community ever since. I played on various travel teams, referred for a few years and have also coached. I have coached Plano West High School, Alliance Bulldogs, been the team doctor for Dallas Aces, and University of North Texas Eagles hockey club. Currently, I am practicing in Frisco, Texas.
